Customer Service Tips & Tricks (AMS360 or AfW)
This class provides all sorts of shortcuts and more efficient ways to service P&C accounts. Tips are given for Customer Center, Policy detail, TransactNow, Policy templates (for non-downloaded lines of business), Importing/Exporting CL Data Schedules, View Options to make life easier as well as Quick Reports and free or inexpensive third party software.

Commercial Lines Service Workflows
This class provides tips & tricks for streamlining commercial lines processing workflows. Tips on Customer searches, How Customer Center tabs that can make your life easier, Saving & Searching Activities (UGH), using Notes for Submissions, Shortcuts making Policy Data Entry easier, Workflows for Policy Change Requests utilizing Data Schedule export-imports, Entering and updating Submissions to get the most out of Submission Tracking reports, Help in eForms, AND MORE! Data Schedules-Import/Export
Come learning about the growing list of Data Schedules that can be imported (new and policy changes) and exported (for review or to provide a template to customer) to drastically reduce data entry. This class also covers how to create your own templates or edit existing ones on the fly. Basic Excel is preferred but not necessary to get something out of this class.

Preparing for Migration or Conversion to AMS360
Come review checklists of what to review in your data, what is better cleaned up before conversion/migration and what can wait as well as setups to prepare for in 360. Some setups in 360 are better decided prior to conversion and some can wait.

AfW &/or AMS360 Billing Corrections
This class begins with Tips to avoid corrections and then moves into the multiple ways you can correct invoices in AfW/AMS360 and the security settings that impact who can do what and from where. Advanced Billing Corrections such as Financed Policies, Installment Billing and Multiple Entities Billing are also reviewed.

Best Practices for CSRs
This class is a MUST for all CSRs and Managers and is not system-specific! Technology tools, Information Management (HOT TOPIC), Workflows and Workflow Hot Topics are discussed using the Nettles 2008 Best Practices Guide as a foundation.

Sales & Marketing Center
This class offers a detailed view of how to create Target Lists for mass mailings or custom reports as well as learning about the possibilities Campaigns offer agencies for rounding out accounts or targeting geographical areas for products (flood/earthquake for example). Doc360
Come listen to the options and features that AMS360 offers for Document Management within the system at no additional cost. Pros and Cons of Front End, Back End and On-Demand scanning will be discussed as well as suggested Document types and the correlation with that and Activity Actions. Form Letters
This class will cover the basic options for Form letters (merging to recipients other than the customer without creating a separate template) as well as in-depth guidelines for Form Letter Templates. MS Office 2007

This is such a robust report that a quick overview will not give you what you need for annual meetings, E&O applications, company bonus tracking, retention, etc. We will get into the all the nitty-gritty options this report has to offer and how to get what you need without any manual work in Excel.

Scheduled Reports and Alerts
This class will guide you in the use of Scheduled Reports and Alerts to alleviate some of the manual work or checks-and-balances for managing your system. There are many options to both and this will introduce you to what’s available and make suggestions for basics most agencies should set up.
